Ally Sofia is a Senior Recruiting Strategist at SourceLab Search. Ally graduated with a degree in Advertising Management from Michigan State University.
Ally began her career on the advertising agency side working on media planning, digital investment buying, and social activation. She decided to switch to the recruiting side of the industry as she began to appreciate the consistent hiring demand in the evolving media landscape, where she can now help others pursue their passions in the space.
