Max is the Senior Vice President at SourceLab where he leads the nation wide recruiting process. Max graduated from Indiana University with a Degree in Telecommunications and a minor in Business. Having always been passionate about Digital Media and Marketing, he has been able to help companies build out their internal marketing teams as well as help staff advertising agencies, creative departments and luxury brands to name a few across the country. Max has a flawless reputation in the Digital Media & Marketing recruiting world. He has partnered with top C-Level executives across the country to strategically help plan their internal hiring needs.

James is the Senior Vice President at SourceLab. He is also the National Managing Director of Sales at The Bachrach Group. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, James graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from St. Francis College. With a background in Marketing and Recruiting, it was a no-brainer to help lead Source Lab in their first chapter of success. By networking and collaborating with leading advertising agencies, start-ups, ad-tech, and retail companies, James has effectively helped place the best talent nationwide. James is heavily involved with charitable organizations such as The Pajama Program, Marine Toys for Tots, and Make-A-Wish Foundation.

With extensive experience in digital marketing, public relations, social media management, and graphic designing, Leina Braga enthusiastically drives marketing strategies that supports SourceLab’s national footprint. Prior to joining SourceLab, Leina was Head of Business Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Rhodes Associates Executive Search. Before that, she led the International Recruitment Operation for Concordia College New York in India and Brazil, her home country. Leina holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Business Leadership, and is trained on DEI in the workplace.

Andrea comes to Source Lab with an extensive band varied background in marketing and marketing communications  – both traditional and digital – and has held various roles in high-profile retail, fashion and beauty companies. She is also a contributing writer for the U.S.. Chamber of Commerce’s digital platform, CO—a resource for small business owners with actionable information and insights to help cultivate growth. Her resourcefulness, research-driven, in-depth approach and elevated attention to detail make her an asset to SourceLab.

Casandra is the HR & Operations Manager at SourceLab. She graduated from John Jay College with a BA in Criminology. She started her career in Human Resources because of her love for people and passion for helping. Casandra is an office culture enthusiast and enjoys cultivating and thinking of new ways to make the company a great place to work.
