Mateo recently graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a degree in Marketing and Management. He is currently pursing his MBA. He previously interned with SLS’ sister company, TBG, for two summers where he gained valuable experience sourcing candidates, conducting outreach, and supporting recruiters throughout the hiring process. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, going to the gym, and skateboarding. He is a bit of a daredevil and loves to do anything that can get his adrenaline going, whether it’s trying something new, taking on a new challenge, or pushing himself out of his comfort zone. Fun Fact: Mateo earned the rank of Eagle Scout and was recognized with the President’s Volunteer Award, both of which taught him the value of leadership, service, and perseverance. Mateo is eager to learn from his colleagues, build meaningful relationships, and grow his career within the company while making a positive impact on the team.
