Meet our summer intern Sofia DelliCarpini! She's a Texas Christian University student majoring in journalism and communications, bringing her passion for the New York Yankees and sports to our team. Sofia was inspired to join SourceLab by the diverse range of roles we source for, and she's eager to learn the behind-the-scenes process of talent recruiting. In her free time, you can find her at the gym, enjoying walks, or spending time with friends and family. We are looking forward to a great summer working together!
