Our ground breaking training program, SourceLab DEIB Certification (SDC), empowers recruiters with skills to source diverse talent, address biases, and cultivate a dynamic talent pipeline through innovative search strategies, thus enriching our talent acquisition practices and fostering a more diverse workforce across the industries we serve.

INCLUSIVITY IN ACTION

The course equips our recruiters to find talent that aligns seamlessly with our clients’ DEIB goals, making a significant contribution to their organizational success. To attain a SDC, all course participants are required to successfully pass a comprehensive test with a perfect score of 100%.
